New Homes Event for Residents of Maldon
Are you interested in a new affordable home to rent or buy through shared ownership? If so, Maldon District Council is holding a Housing Information Event on Thursday 17th October.
The event, which will take place within the Council offices, is being held in conjunction with housing association CHP, and will highlight the housing schemes that are being developed in the District. Details will be available for a range of properties available to rent and for shared ownership.
To find out more, come along to the event on 17th October 2019, 2.00pm – 7.00pm, at Maldon District Council Offices, Princes Road, Maldon, CM9 5DL. The Council is also keen to encourage any vacant properties to be brought back into use and therefore is asking to be alerted of any long-term empty homes that could be bought back into use.
Maldon District Survey
Maldon District Council is seeking the views of residents and businesses to help shape the future delivery of services through a District wide survey. The survey will be available from 7 October 2019 to 29 November 2019 online at or you can access the survey at the Council offices where staff will be available to help complete the survey online.
Volunteering Opportunities October 2019
Please note that after 4 years in Maldon Library there is a change of venue for the monthly Volunteer Centre Drop-in which will now take place in Maldon Town Hall Foyer between 11 am and 12.30 pm on the second Thursday of the month. Please see further information HERE and HERE.
